Job Overview

JWC Disaster Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on, experienced Site Supervisor to lead and manage day-to-day operations on commercial reconstruction job sites. The Site Supervisor will oversee field teams, ensure quality workmanship, enforce safety standards, and drive projects forward to on-time, on-budget completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial interiors, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to field supervision. Candidates willing to travel will be given preference.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial reconstruction projects.
• Manage and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on job sites.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality and progress of work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate with Project Managers to provide daily updates on project status.
• Proactively address job site challenges to avoid delays and maintain quality standards.
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and storage on site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Ensure timely project completion and adherence to budget.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Field Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Interiors, including framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, paint, doors, and specialty finishes.
• Ability to lead and manage field teams effectively.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage fast-paced projects.
• Tech-savvy - proficient with BuilderTrend, cloud-based project management software, schedule grids, and email.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida, Fort Lauderdale and across the Southeast Florida as needed.
