Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Superintendent to lead on-site field operations on client projects across the United States, starting with a northeast Ohio site.

Responsibilities include safety, quality control, scheduling, drawings conformity, client relations, and coordination with Project Construction Manager. Travel is 100% and the pay range is $85,280–$141,440.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, correct work, and quality.
• Adhere to project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site lead or Project Construction Manager.
• Take progress photographs and label each photograph.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision for construction.
• May assist Project Construction Manager.
• May oversee key trades/subcontractors.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Provide clear, concise correspondence with project management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per The Perry Group document control requirements.
• Follow The Perry Group Quality Policy Statements and related instructions.
