Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Leadman/Foreman experience in construction.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise 40–60 craft workers.
• Strong safety and quality compliance mindset.
• Proficient in reading project drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Plan and coordinate detailed project schedules with the team.
• Review drawings/specs; ensure work meets contract requirements.
• Monitor costs, equipment, and manpower to meet budgets.
