Job summary

Flatland Excavating is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion on every site. You will manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and report progress to the Operations Manager.

You will read construction drawings, monitor plans, and drive daily reports while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with OSHA standards. This role offers strong leadership growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven construction field experience—water and sewer background a plus.
• Leadership experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with HeavyJob or similar project management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety and integrity.
