This role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with general contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a foreman or lead installer or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of drywall and metal stud framing techniques and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification (company will provide).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct startup meetings with key project roles to review labor needs and scope.
• Facilitate daily safety huddles and toolbox talks.
• Manage crew scheduling and track labor hours.
• Coordinate material and equipment needs and ensure proper on-site inventory.
• Represent the company professionally at weekly progress meetings.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
