Job summary

Ritsema Associates is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field laborers and carpenters on commercial construction projects in Michigan. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication, with coordination to general contractors and internal teams.

Compensation ranges from $25–$35 per hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will have drywall and metal stud framing knowledge, the ability to read plans, and a proven supervisory background.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct startup meetings with Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager to review labor needs and project scope.
• Facilitate daily huddles and toolbox talks to set goals and assign tasks.
