Job summary

Timeless Construction, LLC. seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to lead daily field operations in Wilmington, NC. You will coordinate all trades, enforce safety, manage subcontractors, and maintain logistics to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and excellent communication, with Procore and Sage CM experience. A construction management degree and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a commercial construction site superintendent.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• OSHA/LEED or similar certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, preferably Procore.
• Meticulous and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations coordinating all trades to maintain productive workflow and schedule adherence.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks ensuring safety standards and zero incidents.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, productivity, schedule compliance, and issue resolution within 24 hours.
• Maintain site logistics including material deliveries, equipment placement, temporary facilities, and access/egress.
• Document daily progress with photos, daily reports, and workforce tracking in Sage Construction Management.
• Coordinate quality inspections with QA Manager and third-party inspectors for timely scheduling and pass rates.
• Communicate daily with Project Manager on progress, issues, changes, and schedule impacts.

Requirements
