Responsibilities

Essential Duties

• Adhere to OSHA/MSHA and H&K safety policies
• Plan procedures based on specifications, schedules, and staffing
• Organize and direct project teams and resources
• Procure tools and materials as per schedule
• Coordinate with supervisory and subcontractor teams
• Resolve work-related issues and complaints
• Inspect ongoing work for quality and schedule compliance
• Prepare reports on progress, costs, and materials
• Manage maintenance and reconditioning projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years related experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in basic internet and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to use PPE and meet physical requirements

Preferred Skills

• Supervisory experience
• OSHA safety certifications
• Experience in heavy civil and highway construction

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physical activities include standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 20 pounds
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions with exposure to noise, mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles
