• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial and government construction projects.
• Certifications:OSHA certifications (30-hour minimum required) and site safety training are mandatory.
• Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and technical documents.
• Regulations Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of building codes, safety protocols, and federal/state regulations.
• Technology:Proficient in construction management software and basic computer applications.
• Other Requirements:Valid driver’s license, ability to travel to various project sites, and the physical stamina to work on active construction sites.
