Job summary

Robert B. Our Company, Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on civil construction projects. This hands-on leader will keep sites safe, organized, and on schedule while coordinating with the Project Manager.

You bring 5+ years of field supervision, OSHA 30, blueprints reading, and strong leadership. Proficiency with MS Office and construction management tools will help you manage manpower, equipment, and daily reports effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervision or field management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, OSHA regulations, and job site safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews and priorities.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction management software and GPS (Rover) experience are a plus.
