Position Overview

The Site Superintendent will serve as the on‑site representative for the Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of multiple energy‑related and construction projects. This individual will play a key role in supporting the operations team—particularly in South Carolina—by overseeing field activity, maintaining safety standards, and driving project progress from the ground up. Responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑site lead for multiple construction projects, acting as the “eyes and ears” for the Project Management team.
• Oversee AMI meter installation and replacement projects.

• Provide field oversight for smaller solar and general construction jobs across the Southeast.
• Ensure all site activities meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Maintain a working understanding of project financials and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with internal operations, engineering, and management teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in general construction, site supervision, or related field operations.
• Strong understanding of field logistics, contractor coordination, and project execution.

Work Environment
