Job summary

Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in Wisconsin, including food & beverage, multifamily, or medical facilities.

You will supervise subcontractors, monitor schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards on projects ranging from $2M to $8M. You must be willing to travel within Wisconsin, drive project excellence, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and manage daily site operations.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, budgets, and payments; monitor inspections.
• Document weekly progress and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate punch lists and ensure smooth handoff to owners.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the way: Supervise subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Stay organized: Use your problem‑solving skills to manage resources and keep projects on track.
• Communicate clearly: Document weekly progress in our software systems for seamless collaboration.
• Deliver excellence: Review shop drawings, monitor budgets, approve payments, and oversee critical inspections.
• Finish strong: Coordinate punch lists and ensure a smooth handoff to the owner.
