Job summary

WorleyParsons is seeking a Site Services General Foreperson (CAM01W8) to lead field crews and ensure safe, efficient execution of industrial construction activities. You will coordinate plans, resources, and communications to keep work progressing on schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least six years of industrial construction or maintenance experience; supervisory experience is preferred. OSHA 30 is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred but not required.

• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance, and training to all assigned employees

Position Summary

The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.
