Job summary

Leidos seeks a Site Leader to support the Patuxent River, MD government site group as a key member of the Field Services team. You will be responsible for all service delivery to the assigned site, including managing performance against SLAs and targeted metrics.

The role leads a desktop support team onsite, plans and directs operations, provides SME and technical leadership, and coaches staff while maintaining relationships with internal customers and other functional managers.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• DoD Secret Clearance required.
• BS degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6–10 years; HS diploma with 12–15 years accepted.
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
• Proven expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage onsite IT teams.

Responsibilities

Leidos is seeking a Site Leader to support the government site group Patuxent River MD as one of the key members of the Field Services team. The candidate will be responsible for all service delivery to the assigned site group, including managing performance against Service Level Requirements (SLRs) and targeted metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for providing desktop support at assigned site location
• Plan, direct, and monitor operational/tactical activities of the team
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise and technical leadership for onsite staff. Act as chief point of contact for team members as frontline escalation point regarding on-site issues
• Leads direct and review the work of team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments
• Responsible for staffing, performance feedback and coaching, and managing administrative duties for direct reports
• Establish relationship with internal customers and other functional managers

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizen
• DoD Secret Clearance
• BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Will accept HS diploma with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification
• Must demonstrate expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay Range

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
