• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Current or prior military experience, or college education in the security field desirable.
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred.
• May require a current state driver’s license, clean driving record as determined by SMSSI.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Customer service oriented, courteous, de-escalation skills.
• Professional, articulate, able to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact at all levels within the organization and with clients.
