Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking security professionals to protect client sites in the Naperville area. You will perform customer service while enforcing safety and security procedures, and respond to incidents as needed.

Responsibilities include patrolling assigned locations, adhering to site policies, and adapting to varying client-site conditions. If you meet the licensing and age requirements, you may qualify for ongoing training and growth within a supportive security team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly in a problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
