Qualifications

• Ability to write clear, accurate incident and activity reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report security-related activities and incidents.
• Conduct foot, vehicle, golf cart, and/or bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report suspicious persons, activities, or safety concerns.
• Complete detailed incident reports and Daily Activity Reports (DARs).
• Enforce site rules, policies, and post orders.
• Respond to emergencies and provide security assistance when needed.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in de-escalating potentially hostile situations.

We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Armed Security Officers to provide security services at client locations throughout the Chicago area. This position emphasizes observation, reporting, patrol operations, and emergency response while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois 40-Hour Armed Security Training Certificate
• Personal firearm and all required permits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write clear, accurate incident and activity reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience
• College coursework in criminal justice, security, or a related field
• Experience with patrol operations and incident response
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
