Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Site Security Representative to join our team at Cherry Point, NC, onsite. You will work with the SSO and SIO to protect SCI facilities and ensure compliance with DoD and Marine Corps protocols.

You will administer security measures, conduct SETA training, and maintain required security documentation across programs, including risk assessments and access logs. Strong organizational, investigative, and regulatory knowledge are essential, with a US Citizenship requirement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience, or Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience inspecting facilities and identifying vulnerabilities.
• Experience operating physical security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control panels.
• Familiarity with local security protocols and government regulations such as NISPOM or ICD 705.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the SSO and SIO to manage security for SCI facilities spanning the full range of special security disciplines.
• Support the SSO and SIO in implementing policies and managing the overall security posture of 2d MAW’s intelligence programs.
• Oversee facility construction security ensuring adherence to site security plans and ICD 705 compliance; maintain physical access controls and secure storage.
