The ideal candidate has experience in security or law enforcement, strong de-escalation skills, and the capacity to train volunteers and staff while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military settings preferred.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution abilities required.
• Ability to monitor and respond to security incidents quickly and calmly.
• Must be able to pass firearms qualification requirements and carry a concealed weapon where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the site's security operations and emergency plans.
• Patrol church property including parking lots to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activity.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, medical incidents, disturbances, or threats; provide first aid.
