Job summary

Constellis seeks an experienced Deputy Site Manager to oversee security operations for a designated facility. You will lead security personnel, enforce policies and SOPs, and ensure compliance with the scope of work on the contract.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, training, and reporting, coordinating with government security staff to address operational needs and incidents while maintaining thorough documentation and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher preferred; exceptional experience may substitute education.
• 5–6 years of experience in law enforcement, security, or military service.
• 2–3 years of management experience at captain level or higher over contracted security services.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
• Attend management meetings to assess operational security needs.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for events and assignments.
• Coordinate responses to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Prepare and submit security status reports to management.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll processing.
• Review incident reports and drive improvements.
