The ideal candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with a Secret Level Security Clearance and possess at least 10 years of experience, including military background. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with leadership experience in security operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Secret Level Security Clearance.
• 10 years total experience, with 6 years in Military service.
• Prior experience as officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer.

Responsibilities

• Manage guard operations and ensure contract objectives are met.
• Conduct annual Physical Ability Test.
• Plan and manage the guard force operations and budget.
