Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a highly experienced Guard Site Manager (GSM) to support government security operations. The GSM reports to the COR and coordinates with the contractor team to plan, schedule, and supervise vendor security personnel at the site.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active security clearance is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles in military, police, or private security in contingency areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer).
• Ability to interface effectively with U.S. Government supervisory personnel.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide threat analysis to mitigate threats at the site.
• Develop security procedures and TTPs for operations.
• Coordinate VIP and distinguished guest arrivals.
• Manage admin duties: timecards, rosters, training records.
• Provide status updates and briefings to management.
