Duties and Responsibilities

The AF SAP Security Support Services (SSS) team supports the Air Force in overseeing security objectives for SAP interests through active security operations, processes, and management. Responsibilities include:

• Developing security plans, including Concept Validation Request (CVR), Construction Security Plan (CSP), and TEMPEST documentation.
• Conducting security inspections during projects to ensure compliance.
• Documenting violations and notifying authorities.
• Collaborating with construction teams to ensure site security.
• Mitigating security and counterintelligence threats.
• Ensuring compliance with NISPOM, ICD, UFCs, and SAP policies.
• Overseeing security staff and procedures.
• Providing security briefings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related experience or 5 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with physical security, personnel, or construction management.
• Relevant certifications such as SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, etc., with experience requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass additional safety and security courses within specified timeframes.
