Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking an Account Manager/Site Supervisor for Georgetown Prep School in Bethesda, MD. You will supervise all security personnel, manage scheduling, payroll, training, and site safety, and serve as the primary liaison with the client to ensure contract deliverables are met.

The role requires prior security supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, willingness to perform exterior patrols, and the ability to work a Wed-Sun shift (0630–1430).

Qualifications

• Must have prior security supervisor experience.
• Must be willing to complete exterior patrols.
• Flexible and able to be on-call 24/7.
• MD Guard card requested, not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Admiral Security personnel across the assigned building.
• Ensure contract deliverables are met and maintain client relations.
• Supervise staffing, payroll, training, and inspections.
• Enter payroll and maintain site files (personnel, operations, training).
• Act as liaison between Admiral and client representatives.
