Job summary

AT-RISK International is seeking a Site Security Lead to oversee on-site security operations, supervise Security Specialists, and coordinate with client leadership to ensure a safe, secure environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, risk mitigation experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, conduct training, and respond to incidents per procedures. This role requires certification eligibility and readiness for after-hours duties to maintain the client’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate security and managing on-site teams.
• Ability to obtain security, firearms, and concealed-carry licenses.
• Background and credential verifications completed.
• Proficient in CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and after-hours.
• Experience with risk mitigation and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and supervise personnel.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and document contacts.
• Manage scheduling, reporting, compliance tracking, and equipment.
• Mentor staff to meet policy and client expectations.
• Lead in-house and client-required trainings.
• Represent AT-RISK in emergencies and coordinate with agencies.
• Respond to incidents per established procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and adapt to additional duties.
