Job summary

Amentum seeks a Lead Observer to oversee the Construction Security Team at Offutt Air Force Base. You will lead personnel, ensure training, and coordinate with program management to uphold security standards.

You will maintain documentation, conduct access checks after hours, and ensure proper coverage while managing onboarding and site safety requirements. Excellent English, security experience, and a TS clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance is required.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years in construction security surveillance, countermeasures, or related security roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel onsite.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Construction Security Team on site at Offutt AFB.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding of new hires with PM and HR.
• Maintain training records and improve onboarding processes.
• Conduct Stop & Question procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Ensure site coverage and staff rotation during breaks and shifts.
