Job summary

Amentum seeks Observers to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base, maintaining knowledge of personnel locations under supervision. Observers ensure observation and physical control of construction workers, vehicles, and special items, and assist with site badge issuance and access control.

Responsibilities include applying Privacy Act and OPSEC principles, handling Stop & Question procedures, and producing clear reports when needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• 2+ years in construction security or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• No disqualifying criminal offenses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control location of personnel and maintain observation coverage.
• Oversee construction zone entry and badge issuance/control.
• Conduct Stop & Question in restricted areas after hours or weekends.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate incident reports when needed.
• Adhere to Privacy Act and OPSEC requirements at all times.
