Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Previous experience in security, military or law enforcement preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs; preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate service orientation and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Document security activity with DAR and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per established procedures.
• Operate specialized equipment (CCTV, scales, computer systems).
• Identify and report policy violations to prevent losses.
• Uphold Sizemore’s values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork.
