Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Previous security/military/law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs is a plus.
• Demonstrate service mindset, professionalism, and good conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Document security activity with DAR and complete incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols.
• Operate security equipment as needed (CCTV, scales, computer systems).
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Drive a culture of improvement and seek efficiency opportunities.
• Enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Other tasks may be assigned.
