Placements24 is seeking a Site Sanitation Coordinator to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead sanitation staff at our Welkom facility. The role focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards, enforcing safety guidelines, and ensuring efficient sanitation workflows.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing inventory and coordinating with management to uphold a pristine and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred.
• At least 2 years supervising cleaning/sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation practices.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sanitation team activities.
• Develop cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Conduct inspections to ensure standards.
• Train sanitation staff on procedures and safety.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
