Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction safety and current Federal and OSHA requirements.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Safety or comparable role.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and basic database tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Director in designing safety protocols and programs.
• Conduct thorough post-incident investigations and identify improvements.
• Perform safety inspections and communicate hazards to field teams.
• Initiate safety measures across work areas and educate workers.
• Coordinate safety trainings and education programs.
• Assist in preparing safety manuals and guidelines.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement safety processes.
• Maintain regulatory record-keeping and safety administrative procedures.
