Job summary

Kelly Slater Wave Company is seeking a Site Safety Officer for Surf Ranch to oversee safety, security, and guest experience. You will manage entry control, patrols, and incident reporting, ensuring adherence to security plans and property boundaries.

The role requires the ability to respond to emergencies, coordinate with the HSSE Manager, and support overnight check-ins. Compensation includes an hourly wage with potential to transition to full-time; 401k eligible.

Qualifications

• Basic Security training.
• Prior Security experience preferred.
• Basic First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests and employees at entry/gate.
• Maintain safety and security on property.
• Patrol Surf Ranch perimeters and monitor entrances/exits.
• Provide emergency first aid/CPR when needed.
• Complete injury reports and coordinate with HSSE Manager.
