Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego, CA, is seeking an overnight Security Guard to safeguard guests and staff while maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere on our private island resort.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to stay composed during incidents. Flexible night/weekend/holiday shifts are required; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security experience, hotel preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Monitor property and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.
