Job summary

Prime Controls is seeking a Site Safety Manager responsible for onsite safety at customer sites and administration of ES&H programs. You will implement safety practices, manage permits and audits, and support incident investigations across projects.

Ideal candidates hold an ES&H degree or relevant certifications (CHST/OHST/STS/CSP/ASP/GSP) and have experience with large subcontractor teams, TRIR/EMR concepts, and travel readiness. We value integrity, communication, and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial, electrical, safety around facility critical infrastructure construction.
• 2-year degree in ES&H related field.
• Able to pass a 7-year background check.
• Experience working with a large subcontractor force.
• Experience in semiconductor or data center environments.
• Knowledge of TRIR/EMR.
• Clear and concise communications, both written and oral.
• Willingness to travel.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Promote Prime Controls' Safety Culture and Standards.
• Observe safe work practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Generate and close permits, audits, toolboxes, and safety observations.
• Conduct health and safety program audits.
• Assist in incident investigations and emergency response.
• Attend safety meetings and relay information to project teams.
