Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate safe-production practices and recommend improvements.
• Support production processes through hazard recognition and problem-solving.
• Develop and deliver safety training.
• Conduct new hire orientations, investigate accidents, assist with post-injury management, and serve as a company representative.

Requirements

• Experience in construction safety or production leadership preferred; field experience encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, training, and motivational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with operational leaders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
