Cavalry Safety Services is seeking multiple experienced Site Safety Managers for a major project in Buffalo, NY. This full-time, on-site role will lead safety efforts on the Buffalo Bills Stadium Project, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe environment for all workers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or CSP credentials, 3+ years in safety, and proven leadership to drive safety culture while supporting production schedules.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or CSP credentials.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety.
• 1st aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with site inspections, incident investigation, and corrective action processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and educate employees on safety practices and regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buffalo, NY for a Site Safety Manager at the Buffalo Bills Stadium Project. The Site Safety Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving the safety culture on project sites. This position will oversee the implementation and adherence to safety policies and protocols in order to comply with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, related field or credentials (ie CSP)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety
• 1st aid/cpr/aed
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
• Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
