Stord is the consumer experience company powering safety, security, and efficient operations across its warehouse sites. The Site Manager will own the day-to-day HSS program on the floor, translating regional standards into practical actions every shift.

You will conduct safety walks, lead incident investigations, drive corrective actions, and maintain OSHA records while partnering with HR, Legal, and operations to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in health and safety or loss prevention in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience carrying safety and security accountability across multiple facilities preferred.
• Hands-on incident response, structured investigations, and corrective-action management.
• Experience delivering frontline safety training and influencing employee behavior and site culture.
• OSHA recordkeeping knowledge and compliance experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day safety and security program delivery at sites.
• Incident management: respond, investigate, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Own physical security controls and loss prevention efforts across sites.
• Perform pre-shift safety briefings and ensure compliance through audits.
• Prepare OSHA logs, regulatory reporting, and support regulatory inspections.
