Job summary

Stord seeks a hands-on Site Manager, Health, Safety & Security to lead safety and security across assigned warehouses. You will own incident response, investigations, and corrective actions, ensuring OSHA compliance and audit readiness while partnering with site General Managers.

You will coach frontline teams, conduct safety walks, manage access control and CCTV, and drive a culture of near-miss reporting and safe behaviors on every shift. This is a floor-based, operational role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Experience delivering frontline safety training and influencing on-site culture.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site safety and security program delivery across assigned facilities.
• Conduct incident response, investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, visitor management, and loss prevention efforts.
• Coach leaders and staff on safe behaviors and near-miss reporting.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and prepare for internal and regulatory inspections.
