Job summary

Stord is seeking a Site Manager, Health, Safety & Security to lead on-site safety across multiple warehouse facilities in the Dallas area. You will own the day-to-day safety program, conduct incident investigations, and drive corrective actions in partnership with site leadership.

This role demands hands-on presence and credibility on the floor. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HSS within warehouses, strong OSHA knowledge, and experience with PIT/MHE safety, LOTO, PPE, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 4+ years in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on incident response, structured investigation, and corrective action management.
• Experience delivering frontline safety training and measurably influencing employee behavior and site culture.
• Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping and security controls in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day safety and security program delivery at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Manage incident response and investigations; document findings and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Oversee OSHA recordkeeping, audits, and regulatory reporting; maintain training records and safety docs.
• Coach and engage employees to reinforce safe behaviors and a culture of safety on the floor.
