Job summary

ATI is hiring aSenior Safety Specialist (Site Leader) to support our Washington, PA Operations within the Specialty Rolled Products unit. The role leads safety processes, programs and injury prevention, ensuring compliance directives are achieved on the plant floor.

The successful candidate will develop EHS policies, train management and workforce, and lead audits and safety committee activities with both company and union representation to foster a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Safety Science or Safety and Health Management.
• Three years of professional safety experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or metals industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advancing safety processes, programs and injury prevention on the plant floor.
• Develop EHS policies and procedures; monitor compliance programs.
• Train management and workforce in key program elements and conduct audits.
• Coordinate safety committee activities with company and union partners to foster an injury‑free environment.
