Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Lead to provide safety direction on site and ensure regulatory compliance within NDT operations. The role focuses on risk management leadership, training, and enforcing safe practices across projects.

You will lead incident investigations, perform hazard assessments, and ensure resources for safety audits while maintaining high safety standards. Strong communication and Excel/Word proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr General Industry required or equivalent.
• CHST/COSM/COSS certifications.
• Minimum 5 years in field service with safety leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA in NDT environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety direction on site and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety investigations and communicate lessons learned regionally.
• Conduct hazard assessments and enforce safe work practices.
• Deliver safety training and coordinate audits and inspections.
• Liaise with client safety personnel and pre/post-job reviews.
