Qualifications

• Minimum five years of safety program experience on contracts of similar size and complexity.
• OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety course completed.
• CSP certification or safety and health degree compliance with experience requirement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enforce the Contractor's safety program in accordance with contract requirements.
• Audit the workplace for hazards, develop solutions, and communicate corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain documentation and attendance records.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports for OSHA and regulatory agencies.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure EM 385-1-1 compliance.
