Job summary

Mei-Industrial-Solutions is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Houston to lead EHS programs across multiple sites. You will conduct site inspections, investigations, and risk assessments to promote an incident-free operation and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role requires an OSHA 30-hour Construction Card, First Aid/CPR/AED, and a safety degree or 3+ years of management experience. Strong MS Office skills and ability to mentor others are essential.

Qualifications

• Hazard recognition and unsafe condition identification are required.
• Hold current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification with renewal every two years.
• Either a safety-related degree or minimum 3 years of construction safety management.
• At least one of ASP, CHST, or CSP certifications is required.
• Minimum 5 years of Environmental Health & Safety experience in a multi-site setting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with OSHA standards and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations through site inspections and safety compliance.
• Investigate incidents and conduct root-cause analysis with operations teams.
• Coordinate SIPPS, hot work permits, confined space, HAZCOM, and SDS management.
• Deliver safety training and maintain required documentation and records.
• Develop safe work instructions, JHAs, and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with Region EH&S Manager to improve safety programs.
