You will partner with engineering and operations to drive incident response, strengthen automation, and improve performance of core platforms while coaching SRE talent and fostering a blameless culture of continuous improvement. This remote US-based role offers strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and its architecture.
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Deep understanding of Azure cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Proven leadership in incident response and reliability improvements.

For our client, we are seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will guide a team focused on keeping critical technology services reliable, scalable, and resilient in a modern cloud environment. You will partner closely with engineering and operations stakeholders to drive incident response, strengthen automation, and improve the overall performance of core platforms. The position also plays a key leadership role in coaching SRE talent, setting priorities, and advancing a blameless culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,300 – $219,800 annually
