Qualifications

• 12+ years SAP SD, strong S/4HANA experience.
• SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) – Sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, intercompany, 3rd-party.
• Must have aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise).
• Integration with MM, FI/CO, EWM/LE, APIs, BTP/CPI, EDI/IDoc, RFC/Proxies.
• Functional: requirements, fit-gap, configuration, functional specs, RICEF, solution design.
• Testing: unit, SIT, UAT, regression, defect resolution.
• Support: production support, troubleshooting, RCA, incident resolution.
• Methodology: SAP Activate, Agile, Jira, Clean Core.
• Preferred domain: automotive, manufacturing, service parts, aftersales/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD configuration and design within S/4HANA to support O2C processes.
• Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and create functional specs and RICEF artifacts.
• Coordinate testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and oversee defect resolution across modules.
• Provide production support and RCA-based incident resolution to keep SAP processes stable.
