Role Site reliability engineer -SMTP Service Management

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Hands‑on operational experience with Exchange Administration in an enterprise environment
• Hands‑on operational experience with Windows Servers
• Hands‑on operational experience on Active Directory administration including DNS
• An understanding of patch management software
• Familiarity with Backup software and strategies
• Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, email servers, firewalls, databases, and file shares
• Desirable Technical Skills MCSA or MCSE certified

Mandatory Functional Skills

• Highly motivated and self‑directed and who can partner with multiple online business groups, senior managers, and senior network engineers.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other technical field OR equivalent working experience
