Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliability across our digital platforms.

You will monitor production systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and scalable operations. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in SRE/DevOps, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containers, and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or production support.
• Hands-on with monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliability practices across digital platforms.
• Provide Tier-2/3 support for customer-facing and internal apps.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Develop automation and runbooks to reduce manual effort and improve recovery.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and QA teams to ensure reliability and security.
