Build and apply SRE knowledge to drive proactive incident prevention and performance analysis.
Troubleshoot and resolve production system performance issues within Agile environments.
Provide on-call operational support during U.S. business hours and assist during major incidents.
Conduct SRE assessments, identify maturity gaps, and develop improvement plans.
Improve reliability through monitoring, logging, automation, and operational initiatives.
Collaborate with the SRE Community of Practice to define standards and best practices.
