Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or hands-on equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Foundational Linux/Windows server knowledge.
• Familiar with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls).
• Experience scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell); cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents using observability tools; contribute to dashboards and SLO tracking.
• Operate and maintain on‑premises and cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking).
• Support multi‑cloud operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Contribute to automation and Infrastructure-as-Code to reduce toil and ensure consistency.
• Participate in DevSecOps/GitOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and policy enforcement.
• Assist in cloud security posture management and remediations.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and post‑incident reviews.
• Document runbooks and configurations for knowledge sharing.
