Role Description

We are seeking an extraordinary Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in large-scale engineering support. Your focus will include automating solutions, optimizing outcomes, and working on data/backend engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
2. Improve and streamline CI/CD processes.
3. Manage container services such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
4. Automate cloud resource management with tools like Terraform.
5. Implement and manage cloud security models (IAM).
6. Handle performance, application, and security log management.

This is a site-based role.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience with highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
3. Experience with Helm.
4. Strong coding skills and adaptability to new languages.
5. Analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master’s or PhD in computer science or relevant experience.
2. Experience with Temporal.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
5. Willingness to participate in weekly on-call rotations.
6. Reliability and responsiveness in supporting team needs.
7. Experience with Pen Testing and secure applications (nice to have).

Pay & Benefits
